2020 Buyer Information

Please use this document to look up your buyer names. Envelopes will be addressed when the note is turned into the office. Please be sure to review the thank you note instructions below. REMINDER: Checks can only be handed out if buyers have paid in full. If thank you notes are turned in and a buyer has not paid, the check will be mailed when buyer payment is received. If you need to look up your lot number, they can be found in the sale catalog above or on the online auction platform: https://bid.virtualstockshow.com/past-auctions/ .

Thank You Note Instructions

  • Buyer information will be distributed to exhibitors on August 5.
  • Reminder, to receive your check we must have your thank you note AND your buyer must have paid.
  • Thank you notes will continue to be accepted in the fair office Monday-Friday 9:00am-1:00pm, August 10-August 28. Please email the office if you need to make an appointment for later in the day.
  • Please don't forget postage or your photograph. Photographs must include you in uniform with the animal.
